The term ‘booker’ or similar terms refers to a person or persons looking to hire a DJ for an event or DJ job. The term ‘users’ or similar terms refers to any person who accesses and uses this website. All other terms or phrases can be assumed to mean that which any resonable person would assume them to mean.
UK-DJs.net lists DJ profiles and allows bookers looking to hire a DJ to post a job or directly contact any listed DJ to offer them a job or to seek more information on his or her DJ services. UK-DJs.net is not responsible in any way for the content of any communications between any users of this website, and all users accept and agree that any communications must be polite, resonable and soley for the purposes of hiring a DJ for an event or DJ job. UK-DJs.net may, at its sole descretion, edit the information a DJ posts to their profile in order to correct spelling or grammer, or to improve the readability and promotional potential of the information. In the event of any problem, disagreement or legal dispute between users of UK-DJs.net, the users themselves shall bear full responsibility for seeking a resolution, and no user(s) shall endevour to bring UK-DJs.net in to any process of deciding an outcome, or providing, or in any way being involved with, any resolution. All problems between users must be settled soley by the users involved. When a job is posted to UK-DJs.net, UK-DJs.net itself will decide which, if any, of it’s listed DJs are given access to the job listing. Any DJs notified or provided access to a DJ job posting are welcome to use the website to communicate with the booker with a view to securing the event or job.
Any experienced DJ aged 18 or over is welcome to submit their profile for consideration by UK-DJs.net for inclusion on the website. Accepted DJ profiles will only be made available on the website upon cleared payment of any relevant recurring directory listing fees. DJs can have their profile removed at anytime by submitting a request to UK-DJs.net via the contact page on the website. It is the users responsibility to cancel any recurring payments or payment subscriptions to UK-DJs.net. If UK-DJs.net receives notification of a recurring payment or payment subscription cancellation, UK-DJs.net will suspend, at the end of the paid-up term, the relevant users DJ profile until such time as the recurring payment or payment subscription is re-enabled. All payments made to UK-DJs.net are final and non-refundable in whole or part. Any financial transaction between a DJ and UK-DJs.net is a B2B (Business to Business) transaction, and therefore not covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A DJ must pay the required recurring fee to have their profile listed on UK-DJs.net, the fee paid is paid only to enable their profile to be listed on UK-DJs.net, and not for any other purpose. UK-DJs.net is a paid website directory of DJ profiles, and as such does not in any way guarantee bookings, job offers or job possibilities. UK-DJs.net do not in any way deal with, arrange or manage bookings for DJs, any booking requests from bookers will be sent to the email address of the DJ as registered in their profile on UK-DJs.net, therefore it is the DJs responsibility to ensure their registered email address is accessible and working. UK-DJs.net is not responsible in any way for dealing with payments, outstanding payments, or collecting payments from bookers for DJs that may have arisen through their use of this website. Any agreement between a DJ and booker is soley, and in every respect, their responsibility, and DJs and bookers agree UK-DJs.net has no responsibilty, in any way whatsoever, for any aspect of any agreement made.
