I have been DJing since 2001, made a club debut at Lucid, Carlisle in 2005 playing alongside Danny Rampling.
In-between then until 2007 I DJ'd around some bars in Newcastle with friends and then became a club resident at UBER (www.iloveuber.com) in Carlisle, which ran for ten years ending last week - playing alongside and warming up for some elite DJs.
I was lucky enough to play at Eden Ibiza in 2009 and also Kendal Calling Festival 2011 and have played on Newcastle Quayside Generator Festivals in the early days. I undertook a weekly bar residency in Durham in 2013 for a friends new bar.
From 2013 until 2016 I have largely been quiet, mainly due to working overseas but since August 2016 I have a weekly bar residence in Newcastle on Saturday nights, however this is a very flexible arrangement. I am no-longer working overseas.
So to summarise, my experience is good and while my main music is House I am incredibly versatile and enjoy playing a range of music from Motown, 80's, Disco, House, Dance Classics, Indie, Rock and some chart music.
At the moment I am DJing using Traktor Pro on my MacBook and a Pioneer DJ controller but am experienced with CDJs and vinyl.
